Refund Policy
Our policy is to refund payments for electric bill payments, and mobile recharges that are not processed in case failed recharge refund with in 1 or 2 business days. If you have been charged for a transaction that has not been processed, please contact us and we will refund the full amount. We will also refund payments for mobile recharges or other payments not processed if you file a chargeback with your bank. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any transaction where fraud is suspected. We value your business and want to ensure that you are satisfied with our services.
